Top marks.

A dedicated Minions fan has used her impressive makeup skills to transform herself into one of the yellow guys, and joined the rest of the crew for a rendition of the Banana Song.

As you do.

24-year-old Jodie Lerner, who works as a runner in TV production, told Metro.co.uk: ‘In my spare time I love playing around with makeup.

‘Once I drew the minion on my face I thought it would be funny to record my mouth as if the minion was singing.’

Being drunk doesn’t always mean crying on a table. (Picture: Getty)

Most of the time when we’re drunk, we’re embarrassing messes who fall down into our own vomit and forget to pull our skirt back up after exiting the toilets.

But now and again, when the alcohol level is right, the stars align, and we have the drunk people fairy on our side, we manage to become drunken virtuosos.

We are genuinely brilliant. At everything – conversation, feats of strength, making food. It happens. Only once in five years, but it does happen.

People on Reddit are sharing these moments on a thread dedicated… Read the full story

Your anxiety. They’re your worst best friend, constantly telling you everyone you love probably hates you, making every tiny decision feel impossible, and occasionally going into full meltdown mode and making you feel like you’re having a heart attack. Fun.

And as anxiety makes sufferers feel a bit like they’re insane, it’s not exactly the kind of thing you share on social media.

But what if you did? Or what if your anxiety had their own Twitter, to voice all the irrational thoughts it floods into your head every day? It’d probably look a bit like this…

Ah, that’s better.

Black Friday was definitely a bit too much for everyone. The long queues, endless swiping of credit cards and eager eyes looking out for a bargain were enough to exhaust even the keenest of shoppers.

But fear not, there is an antidote to the madness – Civilised Saturday.

The day, which is supported by The Booksellers Association, is intended to be a ‘restorative to Black Friday’.

This translates to cocktails and cakes, crustless sandwiches and cups of tea, and of course, books.

Love is awesome – we won’t contest that. We could go into a long spiel, probably quoting the The Holiday, on how it defines us and changes the direction of our lives.

But let’s be honest; romance, it’s not always what it’s cracked up to be. Things we often think will feel magical and perfect just don’t.

Personally, I blame rom coms.

First we brought you sexy things that are overrated. Now here are 21 romantic things that are a lot better in our heads than in reality.

With a bit of planning you can find outfits everyone’s happy with (Picture: Getty)

If you’re having a winter wedding with flower girls and page boys there are many things to bear in mind.

First and foremost, the little ones need to be warm on the way to the ceremony and reception.

Don’t buy them thin dresses and short sleeved shirts and, although you don’t have to buy them a coat or jacket specifically for the big day, plan their outfits in advance if you want them to match.

Flower girls need suitable tights and footwear – never sandals.

The outfits also have to fit in with the colour and style of your wedding.

Popular winter wedding colours include white/silver, dark… Read the full story

Yep, £125.

It seems the budget chain is not content with just offering staggeringly cheap lobsters and wants a chunk of the ski wear market as well.

The new clothes could apparently save a family of four as much as £800.

Santa naps are the best naps.

When little six-month-old Zeke Walters fell asleep while waiting to meet Santa at the Eastland Mall in Evansville, Indiana, his parents were worried they’d have to leave the queue and come back another time for their baby’s first picture with Father Christmas.

But, Santa had other ideas. Instead of getting the parents to wake the little boy up, he pretended to be asleep too.

The picture of the two napping in a big green chair – Zeke snoozing on Santa’s big belly – following a bedtime story of The Night Before Christmas, has been melting hearts across the internet after it was posted on Read the full story

When holiday pics go wrong (Picture: Cudo/That’s Life)

It’s the side of holiday photos you rarely see these days.

Usually, it’s all bronzed hot dog legs on the beach and arty shots of piña coladas at the hotel bar.

Not photobombing camels and bare ars*s.

But, in a bid to ‘encourage Aussies to share those real life moments that are completely authentic,’ Australian website Cudo and magazine That’s Life recently ran a nationwide competition to find the most awkward holiday photos.

No amount of filter will make these okay.

Sharon Abella took top prize for this picture, taken on the beach in the Philippines with her husband. Oh, and her brother-in-law.

As part of a refurb of one of its Cardiff city centre shops, Bauhaus Hair Salon is now offering a quiet option for its clientele.

Owner Scott Miller told Wales Online he wanted to offer his customers some much-needed chill-out time.

You can already get alcohol at Burger King in other parts of the world (Picture: Instagram)

Fancy a cold (plastic) glass of beer with your burger?

Unlike the brave new world of mainland Europe, the UK has never before allowed a fast food chain to serve alcohol. It’s like they don’t trust us or something.

Until now, that is.

Burger King has just won a drinks licence for its restaurant in Bury St Edmunds (where else?), and has applied for three more at its Newcastle-under-Lyme, Blackpool and Hull branches.

The chain initially applied for a licence allowing them to serve alcohol seven days a week from 10am to 11pm, but the proposition was strongly opposed by police.

Introvert Doodles is a comic strip for those who hate small talk. For those who secretly dread parties. And for those who hear the words ‘let’s go round the room and introduce ourselves’ and want the ground to swallow them up.

The comic strip was started by Maureen, aka Marzi, a ‘kinda quirky’, kinda awkward, DIY blogger from Idaho. It follows her life as an introvert in a world made for extroverts. And it’s spot on.

Welcome to the inner struggles of introverts.
