Marion Munoz doesn’t like having her picture taken. Her boyfriend, Mikaël Theimer, is a photographer. You can see how there could be some issues.

Rather than keeping his passion for photography and his love for Marion separate, Mikaël came up with a more creative solution.

He’d continue using Marion as his favourite model, but there’d be a little game involved to keep everyone happy: whenever he whips out his camera, she’ll have to find a way to hide her face.

The results are adorable.

Molly isn’t going to change anything about her body this year (Picture: Molly Galbraith/Facebook)

Every January, we all decide this is the year we’re going to get toned/discover the six pack that lurks beneath/kick our bodies into shape (delete as appropriate).

But, one woman has had enough of putting all those demands on her body.

This year, Molly Galbraith, Girls Gong Strong founder and fitness trainer from Lexington, Kentucky, has resolved to do absolutely nothing about changing how her body looks.

Posting a picture of her at the beach on a ‘random Tuesday in December’, she explains that she has ‘spent too much time energy, and mental space,’ wishing her body would look differently.

If the Great British Bake Off proves anything, it’s that we have a bit of a love affair with food and cooking.

But when you first start out, you can’t be blamed for feeling that you’ve got no idea what you’re doing.

Making mistakes is how we learn and there are loads of common errors we are all guilty of making.

Here are some of the most frequent with some handy advice from proper chefs and food boffins:

Definitely panic – the world is running out of coffee

We know we said not to panic back in October when an Italian coffee giant warned that a global coffee shortage could be on its way.

But scrap that, we’re panicking.

Back then Andrea Illy, CEO of Illycafe told Bloomberg that increased consumption means we’d need an extra 40 to 50 million bags of coffee in the next decade to keep up with demand.

She said: ‘Sooner or later, in months or years, we’ll have to make a bold decision about what to do. We don’t know where this coffee will come from.’

After the excess of the Christmas period, people love nothing more than drafting up a list of New Year’s resolutions they intend to stand by for the coming twelve months.

From 6am gym sessions to cutting out all food groups that aren’t grown on the tribal hill tops of Papua New Guinea, us Brits do love to set ourselves up for a fall.

It’s not exactly new information that children often prefer the box to the toy that it came in.

And this boy has provided yet more proof of the long-time appeal of the box with this imaginative cardboard cinema.

Reddit user thedrummist was pretty impressed with his or her son’s imaginative idea, which just took the use of a cardboard box, a pair of scissors and a smart phone.

It’s not hard – you too cold create your own homemade, personalised movie theater in under five minutes – and screen whatever film you like.

All you need to do is find a cardboard box and cut the top off it.

Eight-year-old boy who wants to become a drag queen is better at makeup than all of us

Joey Killmeyer, a makeup artist from Florida, was studying for his certification in lessons for MAC Cosmetics.

Joey’s first customer wasn’t a beautiful, 6ft model with long flowing hair, ready for bountiful amounts of contour and highlight.

No, Joey’s first-ever customer was an eight-year-old boy, called Ethan, from North Port, Florida.

He wasn’t even meant to be working that day.

Ethan wanted to learn how to do drag makeup and, having a passion for artists such as Jeffree Starr, his mother was incredibly supportive of him trying to discover who he really is inside.

Joey went ahead and styled just one half of his face, while Ethan copied and completed the other. And, as you can see, it turned out pretty great.

Ethan’s mother Season Wilwert, 35, is in full support of Ethan’s love for drag.

In an exclusive interview with Metro.co.uk, she said: ‘Ever since Ethan was little, he has always been interested in makeup. He would watch me get ready in the morning… Read the full story

Woman writes hilarious note to colleagues to avoid awkward post-Christmas conversation

There are a number of ways to avoid those painful ‘so, how was Christmas?/do you have any resolutions?’ type questions.

Lock yourself in the work toilets, for instance, or call in sick until the festive period is 100% over.

Seems simple enough.

But for one worker, hiding away wasn’t an option.

Instead, some very blunt instructions to be left alone seemed to be the only answer – all written very boldly in a note sat on their desk.

The note, which we will assume for argument’s sake is real (haven’t we all fantasised about saying such things?) was posted to Facebook page Funny Or Die and entitled: ‘For anyone trying to talk to me today…’

And was followed by a number of very abrupt answers to potential questions about the festive season.

It wasn’t just a vague note aimed at all colleagues either. This person really has it in for a lady named Linda – who has been severely warned to… Read the full story

We want to be hunted down by these wolf puppies

We want to be attacked by a group of wolf puppies.

No, we’ve not gone mad and yes, normally getting attacked by a bunch of wolves is not an ideal situation.

But we’ll let a pack of soft little furry wolf pups take us on any day with no resistance at all.

Just like Sonata Carpathica did when 12 baby wolf dogs came for her all at once.

Clearly she is having the time of her life and we want to be her when they all clamber on her face for one big wolf hug.

And they love her just as much as she loves them, because she’s been helping their parents raise them at Czechoslovakian… Read the full story

You’ve got no one to impress when downtime is happening, so you’ll need the comfiest of all sweatpants, the softest jumper, and the cosiest slippers in the game.

This is serious.

2. As are blankets, mugs, and all other home furnishings

Your home is your sanctuary of peace and wise pondering time. It needs to be your favourite place ever.

Just – what? (Source: ALAMY / Getty Images Credit: METRO/Myles Goode)

Our ancestors had no idea what to make of sex and genitals.

Some pretty crazy theories were concocted. Here are five of the strangest:

1) Virginity was a disease that could be cured by sex and/or marriage

This traditionally Scottish dish used to being next to bacon and eggs has joined 16 others as foods to watch, apparently.

We wouldn’t blame you for being skeptical – debate over whether there is even such thing as a ‘superfood’ has been rife for many years.

The NHS has even sought to investigate various claims that some foods can help prevent cancer or heart disease, or decrease cholesterol and decide whether they have secret health benefits.

So are these commonly hailed foods really superfoods? Take our quiz to find out the verdict.

All makes perfect sense, right? (Picture: OfficeOverheard/Instagram)

We spend a lot of time in the office, in close proximity to other humans.

After you’ve been with the same group of people for a while, you can lose your filter a little bit.

Which is what makes the Office Overheard Instagram account so brilliant.

It celebrates all that random, stream-of consciousness, chatter we come out with when we don’t think anyone else is really listening.

The account was started a couple of months ago by two designers, who explain: ‘Working in a scientific office means occasional we hear some very strange things. We decided these were too good not to share with the world and… Read the full story

There are so many ways your day can go wrong. It can even be completely derailed before you even manage to leave the house in the morning.

You just need one of these things to happen to you.
