Because no one should live on green juices and teatoxes. No one.

The Taco Cleanse is a new take on the ‘let’s starve ourselves for a month’ cleanse trend, which asks anyone who wants to feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated to eat tacos every day, for every meal, for 30 days.

And yes, they’re entirely serious.

There are no big promises of dramatic weight loss, because let’s face it, that’s unrealistic and not a healthy goal to achieve in the space of a month. Instead, the ‘taco scientists’ behind the book say you’ll feel fuller, happier, and will learn to enjoy delicious food… Read the full story

You can now treat yourself to a little taste of summer in January, thanks to Starbucks’ new drink.

The Coconut Milk Latte launched in the UK this week and, according to one early review, it tastes ‘like paradise’.

The coffee chain has been trialling coconut milk, as a second non-dairy and low-sugar alternative to semi-skimmed milk, in selected stores since November last year.

When customers were asked to suggest ideas for future products, offering coconut milk was the second most popular suggestion of all time (yes, all time), with 84,000 votes cast.

So, the Coconut Milk Latte has now been added to the menu for the first time.

I’m a huge fan of a fry up. It’s a weekly Sunday ritual for me, partly to cure hangovers, partly because I really like bacon.

What I’m not such a huge fan of is washing up a gazillion (well, maybe four) pans with said hangover.

So when I saw Tom Daley’s Instagram pic of a frying pan that fitted an entire fried breakfast in it I, like half of the internet, went into a bit of a tizz.

Being the eldest sibling is the best. Fact.

Sure, everyone thinks that if you’re the youngest you get spoilt, but really you get most perks being the eldest.

Not only did you never have to wear hand-me-downs and got everything brand new, but because you were the first born you definitely got the most attention.

But aside from that, being the eldest means that you have a ton of wisdom, and it’s nice to share some of this with your younger siblings, in exchange for a few favours here and there of course.

1. Bed time

Whilst your other siblings were marching off to bed, you always knew… Read the full story

‘HOW MANY ORGASMS MUST ONE WOMAN HAVE???’ (Picture: Getty)

Look, having loud sex is grand, and it’s wonderful to feel so relaxed, comfortable, and hugely turned on that you’re yelling to the high heavens.

But dear lord, you need to try to be as respectful as possible. Consider how thin your walls are. Maybe question having an enthusiastic sex session when people are trying to sleep. If your moans of lust sound a bit like you’re being murdered, you may want to consider soundproofing.

One woman who clearly does not abide by these rules of neighbour-pleasing sex-having is the neighbour of Stacey Ritzen, a writer and editor for UPROXXX.

While Stacey was in her apartment, she started… Read the full story

Just a tip for anyone going to a house party this weekend: try not to pass out. Especially if you have the type of friends who’ll take it upon themselves to torment you.

I mean really.

In a video that was posted to The LAD Bible with the caption ‘Our mate passed out at a party so we made him cover Adele…’  this group of, uh, ‘friends’ move their drunken mate’s eyes and mouth along to the sound of Hello by Adele.

The video has already been liked over 112,000 people and shared by over 30,000, with most people cracking up at this original prank.

There’s nothing worse than carefully prepping your delicious lunch for the next day, packing it away in the fridge, and then leaving the house without it.

After you do it for the 57th working day in a row, it really starts to grate.

Particularly with your other half, if they keep coming home to warm, curling sandwiches on the kitchen worktop, or when the Tupperware starts to look like it’s breeding in the fridge.

But, one woman who got fed up of her husband preparing his lunch and then forgetting it every day, has come up with a solution.

Redditor bsegovia posted his wife’s ‘gentle’ reminder online yesterday, writing:… Read the full story

2015 was a year of people packing up their lives, giving up their stressful jobs, and deciding to travel the world – documenting the entire thing with wanderlust-inducing Instagrams, of course.

But it was also the year that people’s online personas came crashing down. Kicking off with Essena O’Neil, we all started to question how ‘real’ the lives we saw online really were.

Soon people were breaking down and revealing the truth behind their perfectly filtered lives, and slowly we’ve started to understand that just because people may look happy online,… Read the full story

Go on… (Picture: Getty)

Most of us will feel a little low this month. The weather is rubbish and Christmas has left us exhausted and out of pocket! So isn’t January the very worst time to give up booze?

Here are 11 reasons why you should have a drink this month:

1. To avoid failure

As only 8% percent of us manage to stick to our New Year Resolutions, why set ourselves up for another fall? Chances are you will not make it all the way to the 31st without drink and end up feeling like a failure.

2. So you don’t become boring

I am not saying people who don’t drink are boring. I know plenty of funny… Read the full story

It might be time to swap your New Year’s resolution to work out five times a week and get in the BEST SHAPE EVER for something a little easier – but just as important.

According to a new study from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, having good friends is just as beneficial to your health and lifespan as doing exercise (H/T EliteDaily).

So maybe 2016 should be the year we spend more time with our friends, rather than on the treadmill.

The study found that having a solid social group resulted in better health in early and late life, and… Read the full story

Natalie Walker, a 25-year-old actress from New York started a Yelp account earlier this week. But, instead of reviewing venues and restaurants, she reviews the dates she’s had there.

She explains: ‘I am leaving Yelp reviews for every place I have ever gone on a date but just reviewing the date.’

She’s only just got started so there are just six (slightly NSFW) reviews so far. But each one’s a corker.

It’s inevitable that your mum will make sure to get in touch with you at least once a day.

Whether that’s dinner, a phone call or a quick text, it’s just a normal mum way to make sure your day’s going okay.

Some mums, however, like to be a bit more up to date.

Like this one, who communicates with her son using Snapchat.

But not necessarily in the same way everyone else does… she actually just sends random images with captions attached that have no relation whatsoever to the photo she’s sending.

Many of us try our hardest to avoid breaks, mainly because we fear ‘let’s have a break’ really means ‘it’s over’.
