PopSugar just brought our attention to the fact that studies have shown that in many hotels, housekeepers simply rinse the water glasses stored in bathrooms or left out on trays, rather than giving them a proper clean.
An investigation by ABC News studied 15 different hotels across the U.S., and found that 11 of them failed to clean and sanitise water glasses before new guests arrive.
