Women living in the south east masturbate the most out of any region, and more than men in any other region of the UK, according to new research.

UK women have also spent three times the amount men have on sex toys in the last five years.

What can we say? We listened to Justin Bieber and we’re quite happy loving ourselves.

The study polled 2,873 adults, aged 18-50, on their solo bedroom activities, across each of the 12 regions of the UK. Approximately half of those questioned said they were in a relationship and half were single.

Sometimes, past relationships can leave you with some very valuable lessons.

Either way, you most definitely come away with something.

And people are talking about it over on Reddit, after one person asked ‘What lessons have you learned from your relationships?

The Yelp feud to end all Yelp feuds (Picture: Yelp/Getty)

While we’re used to spats between restauranteurs and their customers on Yelp, this particular feud is on a whole other level.

Basically, it’s a total sh*tstorm.

After a woman by the name of Emma C. left a one star review of Washington restaurant Nick’s Riverside Grill on the site entitled ‘NEVER GO AGAIN!’, the restaurant’s manager has hit back in a big way.

In Emma’s review, which has since been deleted but was helpfully captured by Firefighter blog STATter911 (because they were called to the scene), she complained that she was charged for ‘two drinks and more,’ when she only ordered one, and… Read the full story

Bleurgh. (Picture: metro.co.uk)

Snakes. Heights. Spiders. We all have our fears.

But for some of us, phobias aren’t something we can avoid as long as we steer clear of Australia, rock-climbing, or cobwebs.

Some of us have to deal with our phobias on a near-daily basis – every time we have a meal.

Yep, we’re talking specific food phobias. They’re a real thing, and while it may seem silly to be scared of a bit of cheese (or a banana, or cooked eggs), they’re just as scary as anyone else’s biggest phobia.

Father’s Day is on Sunday, June 19.

However, if your Dad is anything like mine, if you spend more than £10 on him he’ll get annoyed with you for wasting your money.

He’ll probably also view Father’s Day itself as ‘another holiday invented by the card companies to rip everyone off’.

But, the thing is, Dads are great and they deserve their day. Even if they are bloody difficult to buy for.

So, to help you out, here’s some cheap Father’s Day gift ideas – just some affordable presents for Dad that he’ll like but that won’t break the bank.

I cringe at the label ‘scene kid’ now.

MySpace Tom is having more fun than all of us by the looks of his Instagram

But it’s the only way to look back at the kids who wore tight, multi coloured skinny-jeans, huge bows in their hair and, best of all, had those own-cut fringes that covered half of of their faces.

And one of those kids was me.

While everyone else was worrying about their Top 16 and sharing their ‘luv’, we were focusing on how to get the entirety of our Hello Kitty collection… Read the full story

Coffee is good. Doughnuts are good. So why did it take this long for someone to put them together?

No, we’re not talking about taking sips of a latte between bites of a doughnut, as glorious a life choice as that is. We’re also not referring to a coffee/doughnut combo deal, although that’s also pretty brilliant.

We’re losing our minds over the Donutccino.

Created by Gossip Coffee in Astoria, New York, the Donutccino is a miracle of iced cold brew coffee, topped with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and the doughnut of your choice.

If you were sat nearby a group of bad-mannered teens while you were trying to enjoy your coffee, what would you do?

Would you call them out on it, buy them a coffee or simply leave?

This woman did all three.

Michelle Icard, a mother who runs a Facebook page called Michelle in the Middle, recently shared her own Mean Girls experience which took place at a local Starbucks.

After hearing three ‘very pretty’ girls speak badly of people and discuss ‘all the crappy presents’ they had been bought by friends, Michelle decided to document their conversation online.
