Good news millionaires. A parking space has just gone up for sale in a prime spot in Knightsbridge.

The bad news is you might struggle to get your supercar in there.

It’s on the market for a staggering £250,000.

Because the London property market has now officially lost its mind.

I say some, because you might see the odd one casually chilling in their cage – but for many others, it’s pretty much their worst nightmare.

A woman named Diane knows this all too well – and so she decided to write her neighbours a note to let them know that at 8am, she would… Read the full story

When it comes to planning an action-packed long-haul city break, Toronto isn’t necessarily the first place that springs to mind.

It probably wouldn’t even be the first Canadian city you’d think of, as nearby Montreal and Vancouver have been piping Toronto to the post on the tourism front for years.

But those of us who’ve overlooked it have been missing out.

Canada’s largest city has the sass, sophistication and culture of nearby New York and yet manages to feel like the friendliest and possibly the cleanest place in the world (two things NY could never be accused of).

Giving blood is something a lot of people have thought about, but most of us don’t do.

But today is World Blood Donor Day – so what better time to start?

NHS Blood and Transplant says fresh donors are desperately needed after a huge drop in the number of new volunteers in the past decade.

Your donation will help treat thousands of seriously ill people across the UK every day – and you can let slip that you donate to impress people at parties.

It doesn’t take long, you can do it in your lunch break. Here are 10 more reasons you should sign up to give blood this week:

1. Your donation is needed

6,000 donations are needed every day to keep up with demand in hospitals in England and… Read the full story

This little girl died because Meningitis B vaccines aren’t available for all children on the NHS

Kayley Burke, from Queensland, Australia, told how her 11-month-old son, Elijah, had been suffering with chickenpox for a week, as he is too young to be vaccinated himself.

Some people will find the images below distressing so discretion is advised.

The future of dating. Be afraid. (Picture: Kickstarter/Party Cup)

Attention all people who keep telling youths to put down their phones and make connections in real life: LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

A new Kickstarter for the Party Cup – a plastic cup designed to connect single people without technology – has raised more than $13,000 (£9,186) since it was launched.

The actual cup is pretty simple. It’s just like those red Solo cups you see American people drinking from on TV, except the Party Cup is a more stylish black and white, and features a label that you can etch your name on to with your fingernail.

You can now buy the Father of the Bride house (and the basketball hoop’s still there)

Dog breath is disgusting. No dog-lover can deny it. For some reason all the meat-y dog food, treats, and slobber mixes into the most disgraceful smell any being can emit from their mouth.

And yet, puppy breath is magically an absolute delight. It’s sweet and adorable and heavenly.

You’re not crazy. Their cuteness isn’t messing with your sense of smell. Puppy breath really does smell sweeter, and there’s a scientific reason why.

Caroline Cook of Digital Doggy explains that the reason we love the smell of puppy breath is all down to what puppies eat.

It is, quite simply, an absolute treasure trove of mind-blowing recipe ideas.

14 times I witnessed homophobia in Britain and did nothing about it

It’s easy to assume homophobia doesn’t exist in Britain any more.

To pat ourselves on the back as the civilised nation that, of course, accepts gay marriage and believes love is love.

Following the Orlando attacks I commissioned a blog from Stonewall.

After tweeting it I got backlash from someone claiming to be religiously opposed to ‘LGBT practices’.

The idea of religion got me thinking about confession, bearing witness and sin.

Not the perceived ‘sins’ of the gay community – the sins of seeing bad things in the world and doing nothing.

Because, especially if you’re straight, it’s possible to see or hear homophobia and not challenge it.

And so, it’s inevitable that when in a relationship, there’ll be times when you fancy getting it on with your partner, but your partner may just fancy binge-watching Netflix.

But, what happens if this is a regular occurrence? Sure, some couples will have sex more than others – but how do you make it work when you fancy leading the life of a pornstar and the love of your live is too busy sleeping to even know what one is?

Some people are talking about making it work over on Reddit, on a thread which asks: Couples who have different sex drives, how do you make it work in the bedroom?

So, if you’re facing a similar situation – have a read. Your problems may be… Read the full story

There’s a load of mystery surrounding the secret world of sugar daddies.

If you don’t know, it’s a dating, relationship, or friendship setup in which the man (known as a sugar daddy) gives a woman (his sugar baby) money and gifts in exchange for her company.

This is mostly because those in sugar daddy/baby relationships don’t feel comfortable coming forward and openly discussing their relationship.

It can feel like there’s stigma attached to any romantic relationship in which money changes hands.

There are stereotypes of sugar daddies as 70-something, super rich men dressing up prostitution as paid-for… Read the full story
