It may be the most East London thing to ever happen. Well, definitely since that water-only pop-up bar, anyway.

Welcome to Trade Union, the latest in bar ‘concepts’.

As well as having a giant slide to take you into the main bar and restaurant area, the venue houses a coffee shop (naturally) called Vagabonds – they roast their own beans from Colombia and sell home-brewing equipment – a florist’s and a barber’s.

Great Scott!!

Someone may just have found a hole in the space-time continuum.

Yesterday, a bemused dad shared a picture taken during a shopping trip with his son at Costco on Reddit, writing: ‘I guess I know what my son will look like in 70 years…’

No, nothing to do with the kid’s comb-over hairstyle.

Dad had spotted the elderly gent sat at the top of the picture, wearing an identical lime green polo shirt and plaid shorts to his son’s.

Listen up – here’s some excellent Monday morning news.

We know that having a stack of fruit and veg every day keeps us healthier, but now it turns out that it can also make us happier. As does having more casual sex.

Two separate studies into happiness have concluded that happiness can be derived from both activities – meaning no more food or sex quandaries.

Let’s face it, nobody wants to be bad at sex.

You want to ooze sexiness.

You want to be the one they look back on and miss, even after a bad break-up.

You get what I’m saying here.

But unfortunately, this can’t always be possible. Because unless you’ve had a load of practice, or partners who have been honest enough to tell you what you’re doing right or wrong, there’s always going to be some sexual things that you’re just not an expert at.

Unless you’re some sort of rare breed love guru, of course.

And if you are, you seriously need to help out the people described in these sex-disaster stories below. ASAP.

This poor, poor girl

‘Was giving my boyfriend oral sex and when he thrust into my mouth, his penis went under my tongue and tore the membrane that connects your tongue to the bottom of your mouth. Couldn’t move my tongue for about 3 weeks.’

Oh, the shame.

But it seems, more than a few people do – if this Reddit post is anything to go by.

After one person asked: ‘Tattoo artists of reddit, what’s the worst tattoo you’ve ever given someone?‘, many artists came forward to disclose their biggest artwork regrets.

But remember, lots of people end up with the same tattoos… Read the full story

It’s a sad truth that there will be times where the only person you can count on is yourself.

That’s something Twitter user Mimi Black, 21, learned the hard way after she was stood up by a date she’d travelled to meet in Glasgow.

But, instead of getting upset about it, she decided to look at it as his loss – and showed him what he was missing by taking herself out on a date instead.

Tweeting a series of pictures to document said date, Amy showed her 32,000 followers what a good time she was having.

And you thought you had a bad night’s sleep.

Welcome to extreme camping.

No, we’re not talking Glastonbury after two weeks of torrential rain (although that does present its own challenges).

We’re talking about these brave backpackers, who just spent Friday night camped out on the edge of a 1,700-meter cliff face.

For the first time ever, thrillseekers were able to pitch their tents overnight on the narrow wooden walkway that runs along the edge of the Laojun Mountain in Henan province, China.

PURE HORROR (Picture: BBC)

The 90’s were an amazing time to grow up in, but also pretty darn scary too.

When we look back at the 90s we get all teary eyed and warm feelings in our belly thinking about the good ol’ years.

Of course the 90s gave us life-changing stuff like The Spice Girls, Live & Kicking and Space Jam.

But it wasn’t all fun and games and there were certain things that scared 90s kids more than a Scream movie mask.

People are loving Pokemon Go so much right now that they can’t go a night without it.

This guy, for example, made a rather unique request to the hotel staff when booking a hotel room.

His request? ‘I want to find a cool Pokemon on Pokemon Go when I arrive.’

Posting to Reddit, user vassilyk told of how after a long flight, the staff at The Godfrey hotel in Chicago went a long way to help.

We assume what he meant was to catch a cool one on the app with his Pokeball but they did the next best thing. And vassilyk documented it all in a series of photos:

Well, one woman has discovered that that isn’t always the case.

Becky Bedbug, a lifestyle blogger from Hampshire, was scrolling through ASOS when she discovered that the plus size version of a Boohoo Boutique dress was £10 more expensive than the smaller one.

‘I liked this particular dress so noticed the price,’ Becky told Metro.co.uk.

‘When I saw it in the standard range lower down the page, I realised that it was much cheaper,’ .

We all remember the Ban Bossy campaign which challenged the assumption that assertive women equaled bossy women.

'Dear reader, I married him': How a tweet got this girl the book nerd of her dreams

But a new campaign has spread across social media, this time questioning the idea that bold black women are ‘loud’ or abrasive.

The hashtag #LoudBlackGirls has taken over Twitter to give black women back their voices after the activist Erica Garner said that she had to be ‘belligerent’ to be heard.
