Airports don’t have to be ugly.

When we go to catch a flight, we’re usually so preoccupied with reaching our destination that we forget to take in the beauty of the airport.

While many airports are soulless, oxygen-free, grey shopping centres with planes attached, there are those that are as beautiful as any sun-drenched beach holiday.

If you happen to pass through any of the airports below, take a good look around you either side of the security barriers.

Jeff Wysaski, the Internet comedian famed for his in-store pranks, is back with a new genius plan to troll the local community.

This time, he’s printed off fake in-store coupons and has left them dotted around his local supermarket.

Instead of discounts, Jeff’s coupons are experiential. For example, spend $100 or more on your weekly shop and the store manager will get into a trolley with you, hold you from behind and recreate the scene from Titanic.

We really hope someone tries to redeem one of these coupons and someone else is there to film it.

Noooo. (Picture: Getty/Twitter)

The fact that we’re now able to carry around little phones with a flash-built-in camera is a wonderful thing.

We bow down to the genius of technology, and are eternally grateful for all the joy it brings.

But sometimes, the camera flash is an absolute f***er. It betrays us when we’re trying to be sneaky. It ruins many a good selfie. It lets us down, over an over again, shocking us every time with its harsh glow.

The camera flash has broken the trust of many people. Here are just a few of its… Read the full story

Their very sudden transformation from delicious, firm tomatoes into unappetising mush. It happens so quickly. It has ruined many a good sandwich. It is devastating.

So we are overjoyed to hear that some genius scientists have finally created tomatoes that don’t turn to mush.

The Wall Street Journal reports that scientists have been fiddling around with the genes in tomatoes responsible for pectate lyase, the enzyme that makes tomatoes turn from firm to soft.

Can you remember back to the first time you saw an erect penis?

Probably not – and we don’t blame you, it’s probably not something you’d really feel the need to remember.

Oh, and if you hadn’t guessed already, this article is incredibly NSFW.

Last month, Natalie King reached her goal weight of 12 and a half stone, having previously been a size 30.

A mum of six, each pregnancy piled on more pounds until, weighing more than 25st, she was virtually unable to leave the house due to crippling anxiety.

Rape
Alice Brine’s simple analogy shows why victim blaming is so wrong (Picture: Alice Brine/Facebook)

Nobody asks to be raped.

Yet, a culture of victim blaming still persists when it comes to victims of sexual assault – the idea that they were ‘asking for it’ because they’d been drinking. Or because they were wearing a short skirt.

As though that excuses the rapist. As though they aren’t responsible for their own behaviour.

Fortunately, New Zealand comedian Alice Brine, 27, is here to explain, with the help of a simple analogy, just how ignorant this defence is.

‘I’m gunna start going home with random very drunk guys and stealing all of their shit,’ she wrote on Facebook.

Love like this doesn’t come along that often, so Joe and Wanda’s granddaughter, Shalyn Nelson, who just so happens to be a professional photographer, decided to celebrate it with a beautiful photo shoot.

‘This is simply a reminder to the world from the lens of a granddaughter who adores her grandparents and the love they share,’ Shalyn says of the pictures of her beloved Mamaw and Papaw, who are now both in their eighties.
