How many words does it take to end a relationship?

If you’re a pretty blunt person who wants to cut to the chase, ‘It’s over’ should do it.

But sometimes, it’s not what you need to say to end the relationship – but what you’ve already said.

Twitter users are demonstrating this perfectly – by sharing what it’d take for their other half to push them over the edge.

Oh, and they’re trying to cut it down to just five words, before submitting their deal-breaker lines under the hashtag #EndARomancein5Words.

If you’re currently pondering whether or not you should leave your love, it’s best not to take too much inspiration from these.

We recommend the old… Read the full story

Daughter accidentally being added to mum’s raunchy text conversation

Okay, let’s be honest here – nobody wants to know that their parents still have sex.

In fact, many of us just allow ourselves to believe that our parents only ever did ‘it’ that once to conceive us, and then never looked back. It’s just easier to deal with.

But that’s just simply not the case – and one girl was reminded of that in the worst way possible after she was accidentally added into a rather sexy conversation between her mother, Sharon, and a mystery man named Simon.

It all started with Sharon simply showing off her new tank top.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION! 'I have a very high sex drive for 66':… <a href=Read the full story

It’s not uncommon for a mother to want to text their child every hour of every day to check they’re still alive while they are off travelling without them.

But texting to inform your child of every detail that’s going on in the soaps while they’re off on an adventure? Now that’s a new one.

According to an interview with Her.ie though, that’s exactly what happened to Irish girl Lorna Gillingham, who while off travelling for 5 weeks, was inundated with updates of her favourite soaps from her mother.

Lorna said: ‘Since my mum and I usually enjoy sitting… Read the full story

Beyonce final

When their class was asked by the teacher to write a letter to the person they most admire, this kid wrote a beautiful letter to Beyonce.

This kid is all of us.

Matt Walks shared the fan letter on Reddit earlier this week, explaining: ‘One of my girlfriend’s 8-year-old summer students wrote a letter to “a person you admire”‘.

But, this wasn’t merely a class assignment for one kid and this wasn’t just a regular fan letter – this was a love letter to Queen Bey.

It reads: ‘Dear Beyonce, my favourite singer. You are a rare rose in a garden of blooming flowers, but you’re the only one who shoots out sparkle and lights up the sky.

‘My favourite song is ‘Sorry’ – that song be poppin’, I be turnt up.’

So true. So poetic.… Read the full story

Maybe one day there will be a Little Free Pantry in every neighbourhood.

That’s the dream for Fayetteville, Arkansas, resident Jessica Mcclard, who started her Little Free Pantry scheme in May.

Jessica got the idea when she saw the success of the Little Free Libraries – little boxes where people could leave and exchange old books – in her area.

Bodyform are on a bloody roll this year when it comes to challenging period-related taboos.

Back in June, they released an ad campaign which ditched the weird blue liquid and featured images of actual blood for the first time.

Yes, really.

And now, they’re back with an ad which features – again, for the first time ever – a real life sanitary pad.

That might seem unbelievable, bearing in mind the fact that BodyForm specialise in pantyliners and towels.

Nevertheless, the advert, which was released this week, is the first to show a woman sticking a pad in her pants.

There’s no need to go abroad for a holiday with white sandy beaches, gourmet dinners and exhilarating water sports – good old Cornwall has all you need.

Heck, it even has palm trees.

Golden sands, thrilling swells and some of the most stylish boutique accommodation in Europe – no wonder it’s our heroic front-runner for the ultimate short break.

The lure of the South West isn’t new. The balmy microclimate and its status as the sunniest place in the UK has always appealed to us Brits. But, the rise in calibre of restaurants, hotels and amenities most certainly is.

Jaimee fully admits letting her holiday crush choose her tattoo was a ‘massive mistake’.

In a fit of spontaneity while working as a club rep in Malia, Crete, the 20-year-old from Wales got ‘side boob’ tattooed on her, um, side boob.

At least they got it in the right place.

Jaimee, who is one of the reluctant stars of E4’s new series ‘Tattoo Fixers on Holiday’, told the team how she began the night chatting to a ‘fit, tattooed lad’ and ended it with an unfortunate reminder etched on her chest.

Most of us chug down multiple coffees and teas a day without thinking about the calories they contain. But one woman found that by cutting out her excessive coffee drinking, she was able to shed seven dress sizes.

Lorraine O’Loughlin drank 15 cups of coffee a day when at her heaviest weight of 19st – each with three sugars, which she used to rely on to deal with her insomnia.

Since ditching the coffee – and, of course, those 45 spoonfuls of sugar every single day – she’s lost 7st 7lb.

She’s also been able to regulate her eating habits now the caffeine’s not keeping her awake and causing… Read the full story

Just as we thought (and prayed) that we’d reached peak Pokémon Go, someone else had to come along and push it further.

After all, we’ve already had people walk over cliffs, into ponds and into people’s weddings to play the game.

And now someone’s gone and dyed their dog to resemble Pikachu.

Elihudi Justin Urassa posted a clip on Twitter showing how he came across a pet-owner who had transformed their Pomeranian into the Pokémon character.

It’s since spread across the Internet, with 3.4 million views on Facebook alone.

They don’t call them the rescue services for nothing.

Leigh Bowden, the owner of a car recovery company in Denbighshire, Wales, saved a family’s summer hols – by lending them his own car for a week.

Leigh was called out to help a single dad, his two children and their dog when their Range Rover broke down during the journey from Telford to the Hafan y Mor holiday park in Pwllheli on Monday.

Leigh, who owns LNS Recovery in nearby St Asaph, went out on behalf of the RAC. However, as part of their breakdown service, the RAC only provides recovery to one destination, which… Read the full story

One little girl decided to write a very considerate and honest note to her dad one evening after coming down with a bad stomach.

Woman builds Little Free Pantry where people can leave supplies for those in need

Worried her room may ‘smell like poop’ in the morning, eight-year-old Gracie let her dad know that she totally had this (AKA had a towel at the ready) and he really didn’t need to worry.

Also fearing her dad may not understand the reason for her note because she couldn’t quite spell the world ‘diarrhoea’ correctly, she even gave a brief explanation as to what ‘diaria’ was. Isn’t that thoughtful?

And no, that’s not a random ticked box at the end of her letter – that’s a beautiful picture of the towel she planned to sleep on, bless her.

A Redditor and mum from Chattanooga, Tennessee has shared a photo of a kindergarten advertisement which comes with requirements so high that she has been left truly baffled.

People are sharing the worst responses they've had to 'I love you'

Captioning the photo ‘I have failed to prepare my son for kindergarten’, Redditor hatcher1981 revealed that the advertisement required children who could ‘write their name’, ‘hold a pencil the correct way’, and more confusing, ‘identify 30+ letters.’

Now, as we’re all quite aware, there’s only 26 letters in the alphabet but many people commented to suggest that the 30 letters will consist… Read the full story
