Sam Leighton-Dore claims that there is nothing ‘remotely incestuous’ between he and his sister, but he plans to have her baby using IVF.

The idea of turning up at your SO’s house in nothing but a trench coat and heels sounds like fun, but also a bit of a faff.

And now ASOS seem to have taken this idea further, by creating an ‘outfit’ which your SO can literally unwrap.

Except it looks like someone made it out of toilet paper.

Dementia doesn’t just affect humans – dogs can develop it too. And for some of them, it can be a race against time to fulfill ambitions before they lose their memories completely.

So, one woman is helping her dog carry out his bucket list before that happens.

Six months ago, Mugly started acting oddly – getting lost around the house and staring into space for long periods of time. It turned out that this was the beginning of doggy dementia.

When he was seven, the Peterborough-based Chinese Crested was crowned the Worlds Ugliest Dog, 2012.

After his diagnosis in June, his owner Bev decided to put a list of experiences together so his final days… Read the full story

Pokémon Go has a lot to answer for. People have been dyeing their dogs to resemble Pikachu. People have walked into ponds.

But, now, a heavily pregnant woman from south east London has credited the app with inducing labour, after she walked almost three miles playing the game.

Before Amber Wilde walked for hours hunting for Pokémon, she’d tried every remedy going to try and go into labour. Being one-month-overdue already, she was due to have a meeting with medics to decide what to do.

‘I was eating pineapple and rolled around on a birth ball – but nothing seemed to work,’ she says.

But after downloading the game, she says… Read the full story

But one doctor is speaking up against one brand in particular, which uses what she calls ‘dangerous laxatives’.

Dr Lauretta Ihonor has created a petition on change.org to remove these laxatives from Bootea Teatox, and has already got two thirds of the signatures she needs.

Noah was not ready for this (Picture: YouTube)

This is Noah. He is 23-months-old (almost two) and he just appeared in his first live TV broadcast.

In fact, he just aced his first live TV broadcast.

Noah appeared with mum Torrie Williams on morning TV show Good Day Philadelphia to talk about Pennsylvania’s new car seat law.

The idea was simple. While roving presenter Mike Jerrick talked to Gina, an expert from the Children’s Hospital, Torrie would demonstrate how to put your toddler in the car seat correctly.

Except no one had run this by Noah.

The segment started badly. ‘So, we’ve got the mini van over there. We’ve got a child ‘who’s about to throw a… Read the full story

Man receives hilarious parking note from dog in a police hat

If you don’t know about the ‘Doge’ meme, where the hell have you been over the last three years?

A 41-week pregnant woman says she triggered labour by playing Pokémon Go

It all comes from a pre-school teacher’s adopted Shuba Inu when a Redditor re-posted a photo of him with the caption: ‘Look at this f*kken doge’.

A meme was born.

Nowadays, the picture of the ‘doge’ is generally accompanied by short, funny phrases written in Comic Sans font. It doesn’t sound like much, but they really are brilliant.

The last year of a decade is always a scary one. Whether you’re coming up to 20, 30 or 40, you inevitably start to worry about what you’ve actually achieved – as well as dwelling on the fact that you’ll soon be grey and wrinkled.

And it looks like that worry translates into some pretty bad behaviour.

New research has found that people are more likely to cheat in their last year, with the ‘most dangerous age of all’ being 39.

If so, you need to stop. Here’s why.

It’s wrong. No, not in the sense that you’re saying something nasty – but in the actual sense that what you are saying is incorrect.

If you’re planning on going out out tonight, the chances are that you might swerve having a heavy dinner. After all, piling up before a night on the tiles can leave you feeling a bit tired and bloated.

But there are some don’t eat at all if they intend on drinking loads later on. And people are calling it ‘drunkorexia’ or ‘alcorexia’.

Drunkorexics restrict their food intake to make room for alcohol calories. And for some, simply skipping a meal or two is enough.

Everything is wonderful. (Picture: McDonald’s/metro.co.uk)

Wait, are we still dreaming? Can this be real? Are all our deepest fantasies coming true?

You may remember an announcement of joy back in April 2016, which declared that one day, a plot of land in the corner of St. Joseph, Missouri, would become home to the most magical thing of all: the McDonald’s of the future, complete with fancy customisable burgers, indoor slides, and unlimited fries.

We’ll be honest. We didn’t quite believe it would really happen. It seemed too good to be true.

But this Thursday, August 4, 2016, history was made.

TransPennine Express has no time for your nonsense. They’ve places to go and people to collect along the way.

But one man has no respect for this. He decided that rather than enjoying his train journey, reading a book, or just quietly minding his own damn business, he’d take to Twitter to whinge about other paying passengers. Right then.

His issue? That the person opposite him was wearing a dress.

‘Evening @TPExpressTrains’ wrote Gary Cocker. ”Guy’ on the seat opposite me is wearing stockings and a dress – what is that all about?’

In 1982 President Reagan declared August to be National Peach Month and called upon the people to incorporate the seasonal fruit into their diets.

Peach cobbler is a very American dessert, best enjoyed with vanilla ice or cold heavy cream on a sultry southern afternoon.

Georgia, where Gone with the Wind was set, is known as the Peach State. Imagine you are Scarlet O’Hara or Rhett Butler drinking peach tea on the veranda while tucking into this pudding.

In the UK peaches are in season from June to October, and we get the South African peaches shipped here in the winter. A cobbler is similar to our British crumble: dry ingredients, rubbed with butter, are spread… Read the full story
