Three days ago, an anonymous Instagrammer began the Barbie Beyoncé account.

It’s a simple concept. One Barbie, painted to look like Beyoncé, travels around doing everything Beyoncé does.

She only wears one outfit, mind you: a sparkly leotard, with a white fluffy jacket brought out only for that iconic Formation scene.

Crooks isn’t your average chicken.

She was born a cross beak, meaning her beak doesn’t align correctly (which makes it difficult for her to eat). She lives in New York. And her best friend is a 30-year-old web developer.

Crooks has been living with Spencer McCormick since she arrived in a box on his doorstep when she was just a teeny tiny chick, looking for a home.

On September 18, Josie Reza turned 85.

Her family decided to celebrate the milestone birthday in style – by booking a mariachi band to play at her celebration.

The choice of entertainment was particularly meaningful to Josie, as she used to love listening to the Mexican folk music with her husband. Watching a mariachi band was the last thing they were able to do together before he sadly passed away.

People are praising a random act of kindness from a Perth man, who bought a homeless woman a ticket home to see her family, after talking to her on Saturday evening.

Siham Carollisen, who volunteers for homeless charity Brothers & Sisters Perth, shared a video of the moment the man – identified as Perth resident Daniel Roose – went to an ATM to get the money out for the homeless woman called Jess, so she could fly home to New Zealand to see her family.

Finally the best season, aka autumn, is now upon us.

People always get unfairly excited about the summer months, but in reality autumn is where the magic happens.

Instead of hit and miss weather, sweating issues, holiday envy and forced BBQs everywhere, you can instead bask in the sweet scent of pumpkin, be constantly warm and cosy by a fire, and relish in all the new TV shows.

There is basically nothing not to love about autumn.

You might not have heard of Tracey Africa Norman – which is a massive shame that deserves to be rectified.

Tracey is one of the first transgender models to find success in the fashion industry, having worked as the face of Clairol and appeared in the pages of Vogue Italia in the 70s and 80s.

Sadly, her career was cut short when the industry discovered she was transgender. Her agency stopped finding work for Tracey, and she never gained the fame she deserved.
