If you’re an adult Hello Kitty fan, then all your dreams may be coming true.

Because the Japanese cartoon character has released her own set of wines.

Sanrio, the company who created Hello Kitty, teamed up with the Italian Torti Winery to produce a range of sparkling rosé and white wines.

Hello Kitty came into existence over 40 years ago, and like many middle-aged soaks, obviously likes a tipple or two.

Anal sex is a delight. If you do it right. (Picture: Liberty Antonia Sadler/metro.co.uk)

Hey, it’s perfectly okay if you fancy venturing into the anal area.

It’s fun. It’s pleasurable. Why not try it out?

But if you do fancy it, please, please, please try out anal play safely – so you don’t join the long list of people who have to go to hospital because they’ve got something stuck inside their anal passage.

By safely, we mean only using toys specifically designed for anal play (no random household objects or vegetables, please), lubing up, and taking it slow.

Being interested in anal play isn’t anything to be embarrassed… Read the full story

A personal trainer from Sydney has raised a few eyebrows after forcing a homeless man into taking a gym membership.

Chelcie Vera Cookson – who regularly volunteers at homeless shelters – says she’d walked past the homeless man, Steven, a few times before but was ‘scared’ to talk to him and ask him about his life as it felt ‘invasive’.

After eventually plucking up the courage to ask him about his background, the 24-year-old struggled to think of the best way to help him, until an idea came to her during meditation – to buy him a gym membership.

Apparently you can tell a lot about someone by the way they yawn

Yawning – you might never have thought about it while you were trying to stifle that yawn in your meeting this morning, but it’s something that the majority of the animal world does.

Which is why scientists were able to conduct this latest study and deduce that the length of your yawn says a lot about the size of your brain.

The study, published in Biology Letters, showed a correlation between yawn duration and brain weight, as well the number of cortical neurons i.e. the number of cells in the cerebral cortex, the brain’s largest region.

They found that mammals with larger brains yawned longer.

Why I believe my success as a businesswoman is because of, not despite of, dyslexia

I was 12 when I found out I had dyslexia.

‘You’re so thick’ was the message I heard at school before I was eventually recognised as being dyslexic.

And I am not alone, 10 per cent of the UK population are also dyslexic, according to the British Dyslexia Association.

Dyslexia is classed as a disability and it’s not easy to identify as people struggle to understand what it is and as the challenges it can bring are not obvious, people often keep it hidden.

As a result, dyslexic people have to overcome numerous barriers, despite the fact there are many positive differences and sometimes hidden talents.

Once I knew I had dyslexia, I was very quick to… Read the full story

Katie decided to have a little fun with her random admirer (Picture: Deadline News)

Earlier this week, Katie O’Hara was messaged by a ‘random’ called Azaan on Facebook who, despite having never met her, told her: ‘You are so sweet and loving. I am interested in you.’

It was intense for someone she’d never met, but it’s pretty standard for Facebook.

However, on this occasion, Katie, 25, from Brighton, happened to have a spare 10 minutes on her hands, so she decided to have a little fun. Or, in her words, ‘blow off steam’.

She later shared their conversation (all 24 screengrabs of it), explaining: ‘Read them to the end… ladies, it doesn’t matter who… Read the full story

Apparently dogs can smell the time

Dogs have magical powers. (Picture: Getty)

Today in slightly strange science that totally makes sense when you think about it: dogs can smell the time.

By which we mean they can tell the time with their noses.

In her new book on her research into dogs, Being a Dog, Alexandra Horowitz proposes a major theory on dogs: dogs can tell the time through their sense of smell.

This is because dogs’ noses are seriously complex. So complex that they can pick up scents that we can’t.

And because their sense of smell is their strongest, they use smell to understand the world around them.

For those of you who have longed to live on a Paris houseboat but are not so sure about your sea legs, this may be the hotel for you. OFF, which opened its doors in July, is the first floating hotel in Paris. It sits on the Left Bank, at Quai d’Austerlitz, opposite the station of the same name.

Two long rows of rooms line the sides of OFF. Between them is a sky-lit, communal corridor, along which are wooden chairs and bean bags in gold and bronze. It isn’t as garish… Read the full story

Scary. (Picture: Instagram/Britandco)

At this moment, avocado rules everything around us.

It has infiltrated our burgers. It takes over our salads. It’s in our desserts.

Avocados are everywhere. We can’t escape them.

So we can’t think of a fruit more fittingly scary for a Halloween celebration.

Death to the pumpkin. It’s the opposite of scary, thanks to its cutesy connotations of lattes and pumpkin patches.

From now on, avocados shall be the official fruit chosen for all Jack-o’-lanterns. It just feels right.

The avocado Jack-o’-Lantern trend was started by Brit + Co, who shared a tutorial on their site.

We’re still apologising for having anxiety and depression, but why? (Image: Getty)

This week, rapper Kid Cudi AKA Scott Mescudi wrote an open letter to his fans, advising them that he was checking himself into rehab for ‘depression and suicidal urges’.

He admitted he’d been ‘living a lie’ and has been suffering with anxiety and depression for ‘as long as I can remember’.

The line where he writes: ‘I don’t know what peace feels like’ is truly heartbreaking, but the most upsetting thing of all is how many times he uses the words ‘ashamed’ and ‘sorry’.

Ah, the stomach-dropping moment you check your phone the morning after the night before and realise you were drunk texting in the early hours.

But, unlike the rest of us, when vlogger Lucy D’Agostino from Brighton, checked her phone the morning after a drunken night out, she didn’t find loads of drunk messages to an ex.

She realised she’d been drunk tweeting Boohoo customer service instead.

At 2am, while apparently out clubbing, Lucy had messaged the Boohoo help team with a question mark – she’d been trying to track down a missing parcel and they hadn’t responded to her.

This time, however, she… Read the full story

Attention, humans. Here’s your daily reminder that dogs are everything good in this world and we don’t deserve their greatness.

The average Brit will live to 83 years old, so it’s worth knowing what we’ve got to come in the sex and relationships stakes.

A new study by Quidco has revealed that we typically fall in love just over six times in our lives, with eight romantic partners overall.

But we’ll also be dumped five times and will have a number of people requite our love.

On the plus side, the average Brit has sex around 5,778 times before they die.

And if you lose your virginity at 18 (for example), that works out as having sex nearly twice… Read the full story
