It’s taken 15 years but I’ve finally come to terms with having tiny tits

When you’re a teenager with no boobs, there’s a glimmer of hope that you will eventually get some.

At the age of 30, I've finally come to terms with having tiny tits

When all my friends were in La Senza buying horrific (but cute AF for the late 90s) bras, I was stealing my mum’s measuring tape and desperately trying to convince myself I had enough to fill a AAA cup.

I was a late bloomer in every way, so I kind of assumed they were coming at some point.

So, while most of my friends were off kissing boys,… Read the full story

Here’s how to motivate yourself into jogging this winter

Jogging is great. It gives you a period of time where you can just think about your amazing playlists and staying alive. Nothing else matters when you’re running. You can deal with your awful family when you get home or continue knocking out reports after you’ve showered.

But during the winter it can be hard to drag yourself out of bed and into your Lycra. Particularly around Christmas when the gym’s closed and there are minced pies to eat.

Having huge tits really is no picnic, but I'm making my peace with them

It’s such a shame because Christmas is exactly the time when you need a little jog. It’s a period where you’re suffocated by unwanted visitors who have forced you into drinking your body weight in sherry.

So, how do you motivate yourself to get pounding the pavements in the cold? We asked two fitness gurus to give… Read the full story

13 reasons Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year

Welcome to the most wonderful time of the year!

Christmas is hands down the best part of the entire year, even better than birthdays.

And it’s not just amazing because of presents, but because most of us are guaranteed some form of time off, there is no consideration given to healthy eating, and suddenly it becomes acceptable to start drinking at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon.

Plus no one judges you for sitting around in your pyjamas all day and watching Christmas movies from the 90s.

Winning.

And there’s so much more:

1. The mood

Have you noticed how everyone is just so much happier?

It could be due to the endless supply of mince pies in the office, the fact that everyone is slowly winding down, or the promise of an open bar at the annual Christmas party.

But it’s probably due to all of the Christmas magic.

2. Food!

What does your childhood nativity play role say about you?

Author Joanne Harris has a theory about school nativity plays.

(No, it’s not that they’re designed to torture working parents with guilt for not turning up).

You'll never guess where Britain's best takeaway is

Joanne reckons that your nativity play role affects who you become as a person in later life.

Now, it might sound silly but bear with us, After all, Christmas is a big deal when you’re a kid and it’s where a lot of your childhood memories are made.

Here goes…

It’s Christmas of 2013.

I’m 22, I’m not wearing any shoes, and I’m sitting on the pavement outside my office Christmas party with a burger that I’m pretty sure was made out of feral pigeons in one hand, and a fag in the other.

‘The thing about this office is,’ I slur to a group of people, including a company director, ‘they don’t know TALENT when they see it.’

You can now pretend that you know loads about wine with this handy app

(I think at this point I may have been talking with my mouth fulf – the feral… Read the full story

2016 has been a weird year.

Brexit, celeb deaths, Donald Trump. It’s been strange and unexpected and often a little depressing.

But outside of all of that, stunning moments still happened. Art continued to get made. Photographs continued to get taken.

And so, to have a look at what the… Read the full story

Cats are the rulers of their domestic spheres. They climb on top of shelves, pianos and fish tanks to survey their kingdoms and to remind their humans that they are in charge.

Kings need elevation so their subjects have to look up at them in quite servitude.

Pantone has announced its 2017 colour of the year

Which is why one humble cat owner has devoted his spare time to building his feline friend a cardboard cat kingdom.

Sam, who runs PrefabCat with his partner Natalia, has created all kinds of cat houses for his moggy Denni – including a dragon-shaped castle.

Back in the early, heady days of summer 2013, it seemed like a candy shop for eligible bachelors who you’d never meet IRL.

But these days, it’s like wading through sewage to find a few odd gems.

Yet something keeps calling me back. Maybe it’s the small thrill of matching with a hottie.

It’s basically a drug, isn’t it? A drug that won’t let you… Read the full story

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder just under a year ago.

And I can honestly say that accepting help, receiving a diagnosis and taking medication was the best choice I ever made for my mental health.

Before my diagnosis, I was a mess. As someone who has bipolar disorder type 1, meaning I suffer with more ‘manic’ episodes than those that are lower, I felt like I was constantly driven by rocket fuel.

I was making irrational decisions, I was irritable, agitated. I was angry. And when I’d get angry,… Read the full story

When you can retreat into a virtual world whenever you choose, it can be tempting to shut out the real world in favour of magical, imaginary places, which can have negative consequences when you’re tackling loneliness.

This is a valid concern, obviously. But doctors in Australia are now proving that… Read the full story

Ah, ’tis the season for those really bad (read: frickin’ amazing) cracker jokes and to be honest, we can’t get enough.

Whether you like them or loathe them, crackers are an integral part of Christmas and to be honest, if you don’t wear your hat and read your joke, you can take your stuffing and get the hell off my Christmas table.
