Introducing geode hair, a style inspired by geodes which is currently taking over Instagram.

The style imitates an actual geode – aka a round rock which contains a hollow cavity lined with crystals. Styles have the depth and colour usually seen in the crystal applied in an ombre-like fashion, though some are parting the hair to use the colour in an area where it will only be on show if you let it.

While most are going for the typical Amethyst style colours, such as soft purple and blue tones, others are going a little brighter with the likes of pink and greens.
