You might be forgiven for thinking that when it comes to racism, we’re pretty much over the hump in this country.

Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Price Harry release ten films as part of the Heads Together mental health campaign.

Films that feature people from all walks of life talking about the life changing conversation that helped them cope with their mental health problems.

The films are powerful, they are personal, but more importantly they show that mental health problems can strike all of us.

The rich. The famous.

The normal.

Heads Together asked me to take part in the films because, like so many others, I had a conversation about my own problems last year that did change things for me.

A new study has confirmed what women have always known to be true: that female employees make better leaders than their male colleagues.

Led by Professor Øyvind L. Martinsen, head of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at the BI Norwegian Business School, researchers looked into the personality traits of nearly 3,000 managers.

To mark International Day of Visibility, HSBC has just introduced 10 new gender-neutral titles for their trans and non-binary customers.

In a bid to make them feel more comfortable, they’ll now be able to choose between Mx, Ind, M, Mre, Msr, Myr, Pr, Sai, Ser or Misc.

Anyone who banks with them will be able to change the gender on their accounts much easier – all they’ve got to do is bring in their passport, driving licence, birth certificate.
