Damien Hirst has stuck his middle finger up to the art world for almost 25 years. Now, the artist is taking on truth itself in his latest exhibition.

‘Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelieveable’, the exhibition which will stay at the Palazzo Grassi in Venice until 3rd December, turns ancient history on its head, and gives a nod to the way fake news and post-truth culture has us second guessing everything.

It is made up entirely of rusty knives and spoons, ancient tablets and crumbling, coral-covered statues that were “salvaged” from the wreckage of a historic (read: fake) ship: The Unbelieveable.

When hoverboards first entered the gadget market, they were kind of a let down.

Then came the Flyboard Air, a logic defying machine that actually works, and can propel users up to 10,000 feet into the air

The Flyboard Air made headlines last year when its CEO Frank Zappa tested out a prototype model on the river Thames.

Easter used to be problematic for the vegans amongst us, but that really is not the case anymore.

The next hot trend is getting botox in your bumhole

There is an abundance of vegan chocolate on tap all year round, and come Easter every health food shop and grocery store is stocked with vegan and Free From options.

I gathered nine unsuspecting Metro.co.uk team members and asked them to blind taste-test 6 very different brands and styles of vegan Easter eggs, to find out which one’s are worth a nibble and which ones should be left on the shelf.

While every egg we trialled can be technically classed as vegan-friendly, I told each participant that there was a ‘control’ non-vegan egg in the mix. This was mainly so they would really have to think carefully about each rating they gave.

Recently Metro’s Rebecca Reid wrote a piece about marriage called If you think you don’t need a prenup you’re being naive.

Her feeling on the matter – echoed by the 68% of readers who voted in a poll in the story – is that arranging fair division of financial assets in the event of a divorce, before you’ve even tied the knot, is the only sensible thing to do.

And I’m afraid I respectfully disagree.
