OREOS! To some, a delightful treat (especially with peanut butter spread on top), to others an entirely overrated cardboard biscuit.

The standard Oreo is good, the Double Stuff ones are better, and the fancy flavoured ones are a bit hit and miss.

Firework Oreos filled with popping candy now exist in the world

When it comes to this particular new flavour, we’re not entirely sure whether it will be glorious or a crime against snacks.

The new Oreo flavour is… Fireworks.

Sadly, that does not mean the Oreos explode or light up the sky. Instead, it means the cream bit is filled with popping candy.

The IKEA bag is nothing if not iconic.

The plastic-y royal blue fabric. The lemon yellow lettering.

Hey Dove, stop trying to sell me a special shower gel so I'll feel better about my body

Just thought of that neatly woven, alarming bright material is enough to transport your mind directly to the hallowed halls of flat pack furniture with their lurid lighting and difficult-to-control trolleys.

So it’s no surprise that high-end fashion houses have tried to cash in on its status.

Balenciaga decided to release a leather version of the 40p bag for  $2,145 (£1,672) – and was promptly trolled by IKEA who… Read the full story

And as is often the case in these situations, support for fathers is hard to come by – but not for long.

Beat, the UK’s leading eating disorder charity, has today announced the launch of a weekly online support group for fathers of people with eating disorders.

Power posing requires just your body, privacy and two minutes, and it can significantly change the outcome of your life.

That’s according to social psychologist Amy Cuddy, who has conducted plenty of research into how open and proud poses change our physical chemistry, the way others feel about us and the way we feel about ourselves.

A huge part of the judging criteria in bikini fitness shows is your movement and personality on stage.

This includes your execution of prescribed poses, your smooth transitions from one to the other, the flow and poise of… Read the full story

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

If a physical disease was wiping out this many people, we’d be worried. It’d be on front pages.

Extrovert anxiety is a real thing - I'm proof

So why aren’t we talking about the very real issue of men’s mental health?

A lot of it comes down to the fact that so many men don’t feel able to admit that they’re not okay. There’s a stigma around not being ‘strong’ – and in the case of men, ‘strong’ often goes with ‘silent’.

That’s something that… Read the full story

It’s incredibly annoying.

Most of us just roll our eyes and ignore it, or give the dick pic sender a massive telling off.

Why your next short break should be a Surf and Yoga holiday in Taghazout

When a friend suggested a surf and yoga holiday in Morocco, I wasn’t sure package holidays were my thing.

It kind of conjured up images of mass tourist outings, bad food and stress over being ripped off.

Surf and yoga are two things I’ve never properly tried before (downward dog always makes me giggle) plus Africa sounds wonderfully exotic but expensive.

‘Neither have I but let’s try it,’ Jess said, pushing my sausage dog Scout off her lap. ‘We need a break.’

A quick iPhone search showed us that both RyanAir and Easyjet fly to Agadir for as little as £40 each way (probably less if you book really early), a short drive away from Taghazout.

Further investigation revealed that Morocco is… Read the full story

We don’t want to own up to having a sex schedule, or pencilling in our bang seshes for a night when we don’t have to worry about getting up early the next day.

But clearly, we’re not alone in this sex scheduling – because according to new data from Instacart, most people are buying their condoms at the weekend.

So there.

So you’re feeling a bit down. We feel you.

But don’t bother with talking about your issues. Sadness is cool. It’s edgy.*

*It’s not really. If you’re genuinely feeling rubbish please chat to someone about it.

Instead, just use your tears for beauty. Cover ’em in glitter.

Voila, you are now on trend.

The hot new trend that’s all over Instagram is glitter tears – meaning painting pretend tears on to your face with glitter glue. Or using eyelash glue and putting glitter on top.

Glitter tears have been a thing for a while, but thanks to Instagram MUAs and festival season, they’re hitting their peak.

The point is, I’m a fully fledged march-going, pussy hat wearing, Women’s Equality voting, paid up feminist.

But, unlike most of the other feminists I know, I wasn’t in the least bit troubled by Phillip May’s statement yesterday that in her household there are ‘girl’ jobs and ‘boy’ jobs.

If anything, I was more bothered by the fact anyone was asking the woman who’s in charge of running the country about her domestic arrangements.
