When it comes to bridal photoshoots, most brides call upon their bridesmaids to create memories that’ll last forever.

An ode to beetroot: the greatest vegetable of all time

But one bride decided to go in a different direction – by asking her best guy friends to join her for the shoot.

24-year-old Rebeca Abrantes studies computer engineering and is one of just four women in her class of 60 students, and so therefore has gained more guy friends than she has girls.

One week before her wedding, she was browsing the internet for last-minute bridal ideas – some of which included… Read the full story

If you’ve been shaving your underarms for your own smooth pit pleasure, you go right ahead.

But if you’ve been battling the stubble purely out of societal pressure, it might be time to give it up.

New research shows that choosing not to shave underarms and other areas is becoming more and more common, meaning it’s really not as ‘out-there’ as it was once considered to be.

Research by analysts Mintel suggests that there’s been a steady decline in millennial women… Read the full story

Alright, alright. We’ve had our fun. We’ve learnt some lessons. But it’s time to shut it down.

Clearly, the human race cannot be trusted with things like avocados or coffee.

Clearly, if we find a food we like, we just have to take it to a ridiculous conclusion and ruin it forever.

Once upon a time, avocados were great.

Then we hipsterfied them, smushed them on toast, and started paying £6 quid for the immense pleasure of eating a bit of chili flake speckled mush on a bit of sourdough.

Why make it harder for yourself? (Picture: Getty)

I have lost count of the number of children’s birthday parties I have thrown and attended over the years.

There is one party, though, that I will always remember. Oh hang on, no there isn’t – they are all the same.

A normal kids’ birthday party involves 20 or so children getting hyped up on sugar, running around a lot when you want them to play musical statues, and scoffing their way through a hundredweight of party rings and pink wafer biscuits.

If you spent any time on the internet this week, you probably came across the RompHim.

You know, the RompHim. A romper (the U.S. term for a playsuit), but for men.

Pair of twins celebrate their 100th birthday with brilliant photoshoot

The RompHim’s announcement was a much needed bit of ridiculousness in the midst of tough political times.

Its design is simple, chic. It’s practical – as long as you don’t have to pee. It’s stylish. Its name won’t threaten your fragile masculinity.

The RompHim has become such a trend that Reebok has jumped into the playsuit game, too.

I’ll tell you what you haven’t done. You haven’t converted a bus into a three-bedroom family home.

Unless of course you’re Cambridgeshire inventor Rick Hunt, who decided to build his family of four’s dream home out of a disused double-decker in a bid to have thousands of pounds and live mortgage-free.

The Hunt family spent just under £20,000 on the project, leaving them without a mortgage or a care in the world.

And better still, they can drive it anywhere they like.

Laptops and tablets are disappearing from flights to the UK and US, but is losing our access to screens a blessing in disguise?
