The other day I was sent a beautiful gym kit.

Just when you think pizza can’t get any better, some cheese-loving genius does this.

That’s right, it’s a mac ‘n’ cheese pizza with a cheese stuffed crust.

Pizza Hut Restaurants has come up with two variations on the mac ‘n’ cheese theme.

First, behold The Classic One, pictured above, which has bechamel sauce instead of your standard tomato.

It’s topped with macaroni, cheese sauce, onions and, er, cheese.

Two new studies – one in the US, one in the UK – have found that drinking three cups of coffee a day can lengthen your life.

P!nk is showing exactly what being a working mum really involves

This is down to links between drinking coffee and a reduced risk of liver disease, circulatory issues, heart disease, strokes, and diseases to do with the digestive tract.

Researchers reckon the benefits are due to the antioxidant plant compounds in coffee, not the caffeine hit, as the connection held up even when people were drinking decaffeinated coffee.
