It’s a funny thing, sleep.
If you’re a good sleeper, the kind of person who gets a solid eight hours a night, and nods of as soon as your head hits the pillow, you won’t give it much thought.
When sleep is easy, it’s like breathing. Natural. Second nature.
But it’s not like that for everyone. Anyone who has known the panicky, miserable experience of being exhausted by totally unable to sleep, will tell you that there comes a point where you’re willing to try pretty much anything if there’s a chance it’ll give you some relief.
