Around 10,000 employees in Uniqlo stores across Japan will be offered the option of working a four day week, starting in October.

Which might sound a bit weird, but the resulting video is pretty heart-warming, not just because you’re witnessing real moments of love and affection, but because it just goes to prove that love really is universal.
