We all know that you’re not supposed to feed the trolls.

But if you are going to respond to someone who’s being an absolute d*ck, you might as well do it in the form of a cake. Even terrible people might benefit from the joy of carbs and icing. Maybe it’ll make them less awful.

How do we stop our Whatsapp blue tick obsession?

Of course, you don’t want to go to the effort of actually making a cake for someone who’s been mean to you.

So instead, look to Troll Cakes.

Here’s how it works.

Let’s say someone has left a mean… Read the full story

Come to mama, sweet egg of mine (Picture: Taco Bell)

Oh hey, how are you doing this wet, miserable Monday?

Rainbow unicorn Minnie Mouse ears are here, just in case you need more magic

How was your breakfast this morning? Soggy cereal? Burnt toast? Sloppy porridge?

Whatever you had, we can guarantee it wasn’t as eggcellent as this brand new breakfast taco from Mexican fast food purveyors, Taco Bell.

The Naked Egg Taco has done away with the traditional corn taco shell, and replaced it with a – can you tell what it is yet? – fried egg.

In case you don’t know what a regular breakfast… Read the full story

Nobody wants to admit they’ve been a bad friend – especially if the person they’ve mistreated has been an exceptional pal throughout the entire friendship.

Now that I've finished my course of therapy, I'm scared of what happens next

But unfortunately not all of us can follow suit, especially when life gets in the way and emotions run high. Without realising, you end up becoming distant and less supportive of your friend.

And while this is natural, what’s not okay is to avoid talking about the situation with your friend – or ghost them completely.

You may not even realise you’ve… Read the full story

Strongbow dark fruits ice cream (Picture: Ice Falkirk)

I’ve never tried Strongbow Dark Fruit, so I have literally no idea why everyone is obsessed with it.

But it does seem to be mighty popular. So much so that an ice cream shop in Scotland (of course) has invented a Dark Fruit ice cream.

Which makes sense, I guess. Fruit is good, ice cream is good, the combination should work, right?

The ice cream shop is no stranger to weird and wonderful flavours. They’ve previously created Monster flavoured ice cream, which is of course lurid… Read the full story

Baby got back (Picture: ViralHog)

It’s an unwritten rule that when organising a party, you don’t actually put the time you want people to arrive on the invite.

Miniature Hello Kitty makeup brushes are here and we're in love

If I’m having a house party, the start time I put on the Facebook event will actually be the time I start thinking about having a shower.

I absolutely do not expect anybody to arrive at my house within two hours of the stated time, as that’s when I’ll be scrubbing my face, making my dinner and making a fire playlist.

It’s just how things are.

But I guess… Read the full story

Vicky Chandler chats about health anxiety in the latest episode of Metro.co.uk’s mental health podcast, Mentally Yours.

‘Basically it’s me convincing myself that I have some sort of deadly disease or issue and it’s going to kill me,’ she says.

In the past year she’s convinced herself she has MS, breast cancer, cervical cancer and melanoma – fixating on each for a couple of months before moving on to the next.

‘I notice it gets worse when I’m stressed,’ she says.

‘If I feel like I’m losing control of a situation or am having a stressful time at work or in my personal life, my way of controlling myself is controlling my health.’

Vicky explains that she’s been so fixated on an illness and its symptoms, her anxiety has actually triggered the feeling of the symptoms associated with them.

And best of all, the collection features every Hello Kitty makeup… Read the full story

Our Aussie cousins were the ones to introduce our bellies to the freakshake – indulgent, calorie-laden and God damn hard to eat versions of the modest milkshake.

They were the ones to start slinging Nutella in everything, including Nutella ball milkshakes, Nutella doughnut kebabs and Nutella fries.

They’ve also brought us such delights as the Read the full story

My relationship with food is a great big pile of trash.

I was bulimic as a teenager, I’ve been overweight, I’ve been skinny, I’ve gone up and down dress sizes and alternately loved and hated my body. I’ve eaten to punish myself, to reward myself, to motivate myself and to cheer myself up.

Relationship deal breakers: 15 men reveal why they had to break up with their girlfriend

It’s never easy breaking up with someone, no matter what the circumstances. On one hand, it could be an amicable decision that sees you remain friends and bear no animosity.
