It could be a smile from a non-creepy stranger when you’re feeling low. It could be someone holding the lift for you when you’re already running late. It could simply be being asked how you are after a weekend of being alone.

How to stop getting 'the fear' after a night out

But if you’ve ever doubted the powerful that these tiny, everyday deeds can be, then you need to read the letter one woman left some baristas.

It’s a serious skin condition that affects millions of adults and children around the world, causing incredible dry, itchy, and painful skin.

When you’ve got autism, everyday things can feel incredibly overwhelming.

Treating insomnia might be the key to managing conditions like depression and anxiety

Loud noises, bright lights, and crowds can lead to intense distress, which makes activities as simple as going to the shops or sitting in a waiting room difficult.

To help shoppers with autism, many supermarkets and department stores have trialed quiet hours, with dimmed lights and no music to make things a little easier.

Now, Asda’s launched another initiative to help children with autism pop along to the shops with their parents.
