McDonald’s have been trialling some emoji ads on billboards around London and other UK cities.
Because it was only a matter of time before big brands decided to jump on the emoji bandwagon.
And they’re highly visual so they work pretty well for billboards.
The Maccy’s ads have a fairly simple message: is your daily commute around the capital making your soul weep? Don’t worry, cramming your system full of sugary carbs will make everything better.
