These crisps are too hot to handle.
Doritos Roulette launched in the UK in April. One in every handful of crisps has been coated with a ‘special’ fiery flavouring which measures 78,000 units on the Scoville Heat Scale (a Scotch Bonnet pepper rates between 100,000 to 350,000 on the scale).
And they are seriously hot.
So hot that the crisps are now contraband at one British school.
The George Pindar School in Scarborough, North Yorkshire has banned students from eating the crisps in school after one pupil suffered breathing difficulties.
