Meet Remy. He looks like a basset hound and floats like a butterfly. Sort of.
The puppy was chilling in the attic room of his three-bed in West Sussex last week, when he spotted a cat on the street outside.
So, he dived out of the third-floor window (which had been left slightly ajar) in pursuit. But, according to his owners, his fall was broken by his giant ‘Dumbo’ ears.
The basset hound escaped with only minor injuries despite falling 30 feet onto the concrete pavement.
‘I don’t know if he was trying to glide down or if it was his ears that saved him. It’s just a miracle,’ said owner Suzi Lane.
