Topshop have decided to ditch their unrealistically tall, thin mannequins.
In a statement issued on Facebook, the company announced: ‘going forward we are not placing any further orders on this style of mannequin.’
The move comes after shopper Laura Berry wrote an open letter to the brand on Facebook, asking ‘ I’d love to hear how you can justify the ridiculously tiny mannequin in your Bristol Cribbs Causeway store?’ and branding the mannequins ‘ridiculously shaped’.
