Award winning Australian photographer Alex Cearns is on a mission to prove that every animal – no matter what its physical capabilities – is beautiful, and she darn well has us convinced.
For her touching photo series Perfect Imperfection, Alex has taken a series of heart-warming portraits of animals – from cats and dogs to birds, and even one goat – with various disabilities.
