A new study says constantly using your phone might be damaging how your brain works, ruining your attention span and resulting in more ‘cognitive failures’.
Dr Lee Hadlington of De Montfort University surveyed 210 people between the ages of 18 and 65, rating their brain function in terms of perception, memory, and motor function.
