The milkshakes in Australia have become obscene – nothing is safe from being whipped into a milky froth.
Their shakes have become monsters topped with doughnuts, smeared with Nutella and covered in sweets.
And we thought America was bad.

Food photographer and blogger Alana Dimou lamented the growing trend for ridiculous milkshakes in Sydney on her blog.
She wrote: ‘They’re everywhere, and everyone’s got one, and everyone’s holding one of these extreme milkshakes, gnashing at food for the sake of social media, exchanging calories for notifications.’
