Sometimes, life advice from a 12-year-old is just as spot-on as words of wisdom from someone with 80 years of life experience.
Which is why we love this video from CBC Radio, which asked people aged 7 all the way up to 91 to give advice to their younger selves.
Some of the advice was pretty poignant, like when this 34-year-old reminded her younger self of the importance of family.
