Hedvig A. Kushner is a Swedish art director living in New York, who happens to make a lot of smoothies. One day, she noticed that making smoothies is a bit like mixing paint, with the addition of just one small ingredient drastically affecting the colour.
Realising the creative potential of blended fruit and veg, she started the Pantone Smoothies project: smoothies matched to Pantone shades.
She wants to answer one simple question: is it possible to create tasty smoothies in any Pantone colour?
