Pizza. It’s perfect in its simplicity. It comes with its own built in plate, combines melted cheese and carbs, and you can put whatever the hell you want on the top.
Except pineapple. Don’t do that.
But, we are pesky meddlers, and we think we can improve on perfection.
Which has led us to do things with pizza dough and mozzarella that the people of 16th century Naples (who may or may not have actually invented the pizza – there’s some debate) never even dreamed of.
