Don’t worry, that isn’t a remake of Attack of the 50ft Woman.
These are in fact beautiful murals designed to brighten up buildings left to decay along forgotten city waterfronts.
Hawaii-born artist Sean Yoro – known by the working name Hula – paints pictures of women’s heads and shoulders, often marked with tribal symbols, emerging from the waves, as a way of brightening up the dilapidated concrete buildings.
And he does it all while perched on his surfboard.
