Young women are often unable to accept themselves, criticising what they don’t like and finding it hard to see the unique ways in which they are beautiful.
Eva Woolridge set out to change this by asking her classmates at the University of Maryland: ‘what do you find beautiful about yourself?’
She told Metro.co.uk: ‘We rarely hear women praising a part of their body that they love.
‘Could you imagine how beautiful the world would be if we embrace the essences that make us uniquely beautiful?’
