Pepper the robot might have said ‘I want to be loved’ in an interview, but there’s a limit to the type of loving he’ll take.
The social robot is said to be the first to recognise emotions and is designed to keep humans company with good conversation.
He’s not here, however, to satisfy every human desire.
While he has very sweet eyes and all, we’re not sure why (or even how) people would want to get down and dirty with him.
Yet, this is something Softbank, which sells the units in Japan, felt the need to spell out.
