Once again sugary fizzy drinks are under scrutiny for being the harbingers of weight gain.

You might not have been surprised to find out that a single can of coke has 9g more than your daily allowance of sugar (which is 30g-a-day). Nor that a single Mars bar has a shocking 46g of sugar.

But what about the foods that are meant to be good for you, hyped in some cases as miracle workers. Well we have some bad news for you.
