So it’s getting nearer to Christmas and there’s less opportunity to exercise in this cold weather.

It’s that kind of time where you just want to chill out on the sofa watching some Netflix. (Seriously, just chilling with Netflix. Not Netflix and chill. That’d be too much exercise).

It’s obvious you’re going to gain a little bit of weight, so is everyone else in the world, right?

Notice how many excuses I just made? For some reason we just can’t accept that we’ve gained a few pounds (or stone).
