Yolanda Gampp, the woman behind YouTube baking channel How To Cake It has shared her recipe for a red velvet brain cake, just in time for Halloween.
And it looks scarily good.
Yolanda first makes the red velvet cake (recipe here) in an eight inch round bowl – and then she starts carving her brain shape with a serrated knife.
‘Carve out a dividing line in the center of the brain where the hemispheres would be divided. Repeat the same process horizontally along the back of the brain,’ she instructs.
