When you get home from a long day ready to fall into bed to enter a world of sweet, sweet slumber, the worst possible thing that can happen is that you can’t sleep.

I’m not talking chronic insomnia, nor am I talking about that half an hour struggle to drift off.

I’m talking long, agitated hours tossing and turning in bed as you try your hardest to shut off from the world. Broken sleep. Waking up every three hours or so from horrific nightmares that leave you scared to reenter what you hoped would be your happy place.

You have to get up at 6am, you don’t need this.
