An Italian court has ruled that workers are entitled to watch porn on their lunch breaks and should not be fired for doing so.
The verdict comes after Fiat attempted to sack an employee at their factory in Palermo after he was caught watching X-rated films during working hours.
However according to Italian news site The Local, the man claimed that his porn viewing was limited to just ‘catching a glimpse’ during his lunch break and did not effect his work, and now Italy’s highest court – the Court of Cassation – have ruled that watching porn on your breaks is not a sackable offense.
