We very rarely see Kate Middleton wearing a crown – in fact, the last time can recall was her wedding day – but the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted wearing a very sparkly number at Buckingham Palace ahead of the state banquet to honour China’s President Xi Jinping.
It was the first full day of his state visit to the UK but all focus will surely be on Kate’s impressive headgear – and her resemblance to a certain animated character.
