As well as excellent storage options and normcore PJs, Muji is now doing houses.
The Tokyo-based company will start selling three styles of house, off-the-peg, in late 2016. They’ll cost between three and five million yen (£16,000 to £26,700).
The houses may be small, but they’re perfectly formed.
Unveiled earlier this month during Tokyo Design Week, the Muji Huts were conjured from the imagination of three acclaimed designers: Naoto Fukasawa, Konstantin Grcic and English designer Jasper Morrison.
Morrison’s cork and timber house is the largest of the three and includes a cosy kitchen/diner and a spacious bathroom.
