We’ve all heard people insisting that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
But while some people debate the truth in that adage – at least for grown-ups – there’s very good reason to suggest we should be holding our children to it.
A new study has shown that children who eat breakfast are twice as likely to score high marks on tests, compared to children who skip the first meal of the day.
Caveat: It must be a decent breakfast.
