Children’s television in the 80s was so much better than today’s. Fact.
We might only have had a couple of channels but you knew where you were with Bagpuss, Button Moon, Trumpton, Rainbow, Roland Rat and co.
Today’s viewing, by comparison, is just…crazy.
I found out the other day that the kids who play Topsy and Tim are not twins. They are not even related. At all. To say I felt cheated was an understatement. But this is just one of many inconsistencies which fries my brain.
