A Krispy Kreme and ice cream sushi roll is exactly as amazing as it sounds.
It involves delicious glazed doughnuts filled with swirling ice cream, but in really fun bite-size pieces that feel sophisticated.
Yeah we know, it’s not strictly sushi with no raw fish or rice in sight, but this is so much better because instead of raw fish there is ice cream. Yum.
It’s made by top sushi chef Hiroyuki Terada, the guy who gave to us the magical Big Mac sushi roll.
