2015 was supposed to be the year of Nordic foods, cauliflower (the new kale) and maple water.
Which, um, didn’t really happen. It was more hot dogs, one-trick-pony restaurants, and freakshakes.
Still, it’s a new year and people can’t help themselves. So, the culinary world has been making its predictions about what we’re going to be munching on in 2016.
