So apparently, there’s something that can actually help us lose weight that doesn’t involve a massive change in eating habits, hours at the gym or fad diets.

Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

A new study has found that watching yourself eat unhealthy foods in the mirror means you find them less tasty – and you are less motivated to eat them again.

Ata Jamie, professor of consumer behaviour and decision-making at the University of Central Florida, used two groups of undergraduate students for her study, looking at whether eating in front of a mirror affected how each group ate.
