Deciding to eat no meat (or at least eating a lot less of it) is difficult.

The things that are thrown at you in adverts, in smells, on the table or desk next to you and in all sorts of other ways to provoke temptation and the itch towards feasting on meat.

But with even avid meat advocate Arnold Schwarzenegger advising us to eat less meat, it’s time to change.

And it’s difficult. Very difficult. Here’s what’s driving us craziest about eating a lot less meat:
