Pregnancy charity Tommy’s has released a thought-provoking video giving an insight into the insensitive things people say to women who have suffered a miscarriage.
The video, which hopes to open up communication and remove social taboos around the subject of miscarriage, is part of a campaign titled #miscourage.
It comes after a recent study of over 6,000 women that found 85% of those who have suffered a miscarriage feel that people do not understand what they have been through.
Some 70% of women actually end up feeling guilty about having a miscarriage.
